In February 2008, VoicePlus became Coca Cola's account managers for mobile products, providing the company with a single point of contact for all its mobile needs. After a thorough analysis of the systems currently in place, VoicePlus designed and implemented a customised e-business process based around a dedicated website to manage mobile phone orders and keep track of car kit installations. CCA receives weekly reports of what has been despatched, and what is on back order and a monthly invoice that is broken down by cost centre for greater ease of internal accounting.

AG Private Advisory - utilising IP telephony solutions
AG Private Advisory is a financial advisory group with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. They wanted to be able to use their one receptionist, who is located in Sydney, to answer and redirect calls when the Melbourne sales staff were unable to take calls. VoicePlus proposed a solution that required two phone systems to be linked by Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
VoIP works by carrying the signal over the internet rather than using conventional telephone lines. A superior grade ADSL internet connection was permanently established between the two telephone systems, enabling calls between the two sites to be carried over the internet therefore saving on call costs. The installation of a quality LG phone system at both offices, coupled with good IP hardware and a business grade internet connection ensure near perfect voice quality.
The financial benefit to AG Private Advisory is significant. They require only one receptionist and one voicemail system for both offices. Even external calls between the two cities are cheaper because they are first carried between the offices via VoIP and then over the national phone network as a local call.
