Our Service and Refunds Policy


Service Work

Car Kits

Customers may return car kit equipment within 30 days of installation and receive a credit to their account for the cost of the equipment less the fee for original installation and an additional fee for removal of the equipment. To be eligible for the credit the equipment must be installed and removed by a VoicePlus technician and full payment for the goods must have been received by VoicePlus.

Demo and Trial Stock

VoicePlus encourages customers to trial new technology to ensure it meets their business needs.

A trial is formulated to meet a set criteria over a pre-determined timeframe and in conjunction with input from VoicePlus staff.

For agreed trials, customers will be invoiced the full purchase price upon delivery of the item but will receive a full refund if the item is returned within 30 days meeting the following criteria:

  • The item is returned in its original condition
  • The item's packaging is returned in original condition (e.g. undamaged and intact).
  • Customers will be responsible for all network and calls costs and charges for the duration of the demo/trial.

Leased, Financed or Subsidised Products

Any item provided by VoicePlus under a lease, finance, or subsidy arrangement will be subject to these policy guidelines only with the approval of the financier, carrier or provider.

Loan Phones

To assist customers in maintaining connectivity whilst their mobile phone is being repaired, VoicePlus will endeavour to provide a standard loan phone for the duration of the repair.

The customer will agree to return any loan phone by courier to VoicePlus within two days of receipt of their repaired phone. Failure to return the loan phone within this timeframe will incur a late charge of $25 a day.

The customer will bear the cost of courier charges to and from VoicePlus. The customer will bear the cost of all useage.

The customer is responsible for maintaining security of the loan phone whilst in their possession. Should the loan phone be lost or stolen the customer agrees to reimburse VoicePlus for the handset at RRP.

Pricing

VoicePlus will match all advertised competitor pricing on request.

Quotations

All VoicePlus quotations are valid for 30 days or while stocks last, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

VoicePlus will provide a full refund to any customer who returns a product within 7 days provided

  • The product packaging is unopened
  • The product is unused
  • The product and packaging are in original condition

Subject to our other customer friendly policies

The customer will bear the cost of any courier charges to and from VoicePlus.

Custom Orders

VoicePlus' return and refund policy does not necessarily apply to non-standard stock items which must be ordered specifically for a customer. This includes customer orders such as:

  • PDA / smartphones
  • Computer servers and related equipment
  • Equipment purchased via our online shopping cart

Returns

The customer may return any item to VoicePlus within 30 days from date of purchase provided on the following terms :

  • The product is in original condition 
  • All packaging and accessories are returned in original condition
  • It was not a special order or bulk purchase of 5 or more items
  • Full payment for the goods has been received by VoicePlus
  • Subject to our other customer friendly policies

Upon satisfactory return to VoicePlus, the customer may exchange the item for another model at the same or great value and will be required to pay any difference.

 

Telephone Systems

Customers who purchase a telephone system from VoicePlus may make changes to the handset model up to 30 days following installation. A fee for removal and re-installation of a replacement handset will apply and if the handset is more expensive, pay the difference.
