International Roaming Voice Plans are a great way of getting more value while keeping in contact when you're overseas.

With these plans, you simply pay a monthly access fee to get a monthly allowance to use towards voice calls and SMS messages on your Telstra mobile in all international destinations where International Roaming is available.

You also get a discount on all voice calls made and/or received and SMS messages made on your Telstra mobile in selected international destinations.

Voice Monthly Plan options are:

$15 - which includes $10 worth of voice calls made and/or received and SMS messages made in all international destinations per month, and a 10% discount on all voice calls made and/or received and SMS messages made in selected international destinations per month.

$100 - which includes $90 worth of voice calls made and/or received and SMS messages made in all international destinations per month, and a 20% discount on all voice calls made and/or received and SMS messages made in selected international destinations per month.

International Roaming - Data

Data plans in Australia do not include International Roaming data usage and IR data charges are substantially higher than domestic data charges. Without an IR Data Pack, the PAYG rate for data is $0.015 per KB - which equates to $15.00 per MB - plus the 50c flag fall for each data session initiated by your device.

A range of International Roaming Data Packs and Plans are available from Telstra which can reduce the cost of data use while roaming overseas to 15 frequently visited countries.

International Roaming Data Packs are ideal for infrequent travellers and holiday makers and are a great way to send email and access news, sport or social networking whilst overseas.

Monthly Data Pack options are:

$29 - which includes a data allowance of 10MB (charged per KB or part) which equates to $150 worth of included data to use in selected countries for 30 days

$160 - which includes a data allowance of 60MB (charged per KB or part) which equates to $900 worth of included data to use in selected countries for 30 days.
