Sales Consultant - Medium to Large Business: Mobile, Fixed and Data (March 2012)
A valued member of our team is moving to a new opportunity and we will be seeking a replacement in mid-August. The person we require will have a proven track record of sales in the telco industry. Familiarity with mobile, fixed and data products and technologies is essential, as are strong interpersonal communication skills.
You will inherit a strong stable of existing customers with whom we wish to expand our services, however you will also be expected to generate new business from provided leads.

Sales Support
Stock Management & Mobile Repairs (Current)
This position has arisen out of strong growth in our business. The position has two distinct roles in each of stock management, and the mobile phone repair process management. The key responsibilities in the Stock Management role is for dispatch of goods, store room management, stock control and development of support systems. The key responsibility of the Mobile Repair role is the lodgement of damaged phones, liaison with repair centres, liaison with customers, and resolution of customer concerns including our loan phone program.
The key requirements of this position are:
- stock management experience
- customer service experience
- proven attention to detail
It would also be an advantage to have:
- a knowledge of Filemaker
- an interest in mobile phone technology
