Credit Policy and Debtors Procedures
Credit Policy
VoicePlus offers new customers Credit Card Payment as its preferred form of credit.
On request VoicePlus will consider 7 day payment terms for customers who have been doing business with VoicePlus for more than 12 months.
Any variation to these credit terms must be applied for by the customer and authorised in writing by VoicePlus.
Debt Collection Procedures
The following procedures are applied to overdue accounts:
At month's end customers receive a Statement listing the invoices issued during the previous 30-day period.
Customers with an overdue balance after 31 days will receive a Reminder Letter.
A failure to remit within a further 7 days will result in the customer being placed on STOP CREDIT. Notification of this status will be sent to the customer by letter.
Customers on Stop Credit that still have not remitted their payment within 30 days will be referred to our debt collection agency, Dun & Bradstreet.
Customers with three Stop Credit notes on their record will only be able to continue purchasing from VoicePlus by using a Credit Card.
Telephone & IT Equipment - Deposit
VoicePlus offers the ability for customers to purchase equipment that will be installed and is purchase without finance by offering:
- 60% deposit on order and approval of credit applications
- 25% on delivery
- 15% on completion of installations
This is subject to approval by VoicePlus and is only available for Telephone and IT equipment over the value of $2,000.
